The challenge
A secondary school wanted to modernize its visitor communication and at the same time make the organization of specialist and meeting rooms more efficient. The entrance area appeared confusing; important information for parents, external guests and new students was only visible to a limited extent.
In addition, specialist rooms and meeting rooms were mostly occupied manually. Room plans were not always up to date, changes had to be extensively communicated and double bookings regularly led to additional organizational costs in everyday school life. The search was for a digital solution that provides orientation and simplifies space organization — without additional administrative costs.
