The challenge
Keeping employees informed reliably and up to date has long been a challenge for RAILONE — especially in plants where many colleagues do not have a permanent job and no access to emails or to an intranet. Important information was displayed manually on analog bulletin boards in the plants — a time-consuming process, often out of date, inconsistent across locations and in an environment in which the notices quickly became dirty or illegible.
At the same time, the reception should be more professional and visitors should be welcomed consistently. A digital solution was needed to make information efficiently, centrally controlled and uniformly accessible both in reception and in production areas.
