The challenge
Providing employees with reliable and up-to-date information has long been a challenge for RAILONE—especially in plants where many colleagues do not have a fixed workplace and no access to email or the intranet. Important information was posted manually on analog bulletin boards in the plants – a time-consuming process that was often out of date, inconsistent across locations, and in an environment where the notices quickly became dirty or illegible. At the same time, the reception area needed to look more professional and visitors needed to be greeted consistently. The company was looking for a digital solution to make information efficiently, centrally controlled, and uniformly accessible both at the reception desk and in the production areas.
